The service I received from Luc & Liz AC was nothing short of amazing. My unit completely froze during the hottest weekend of the summer, and I needed a replacement fast. Luc went above and beyond—he even worked with me on Sunday, staying in constant communication to ensure we could purchase and install the new unit by Monday.
He was incredibly professional, respectful, and kept everything super clean throughout the process. You can truly tell he takes pride in his work and enjoys what he does.
